Built for racket sports

RANQD started with pickleball - and we kept the depth that pickleball clubs love. Now the same engine powers padel, tennis, badminton, squash and table tennis. Run them side by side, or pick the one that fits your club.

Pickleball

Played singles and doubles, rapidly growing, with a strong rating culture - pickleball clubs run packed sessions and care about who's improving.

Padel

Doubles dominant, glass-walled, fast-growing - padel sits where social play and serious competition meet.

Tennis

Singles and doubles, sets and tie-breaks - tennis carries the deepest league traditions of any racket sport.

Badminton

Quick rallies, multi-court rotations, doubles-heavy nights - badminton clubs pack more games into a single evening than most realise.

Squash

Singles-led, box-league native, intensely individual - squash is the original promotion-and-relegation sport.

Table Tennis

Short matches, frequent rotations, individual rivalries - table tennis clubs play and rank more matches per night than any other sport.

One subscription · all six sports · run them in parallel

Built for serious clubs

From day one signup to end-of-season promotion - RANQD handles the admin so you can focus on playing.

🏆

Tiered Divisions

Create unlimited divisions per league. Players are placed by their standing and move between divisions each season.

👥

Player Management

Add players individually or bulk-import from a spreadsheet template. Players sign in with a PIN - no passwords needed. Self-registration with admin approval built in.

✅

Trusted Score Confirmation

Results are confirmed by the opponent, with proof of identity rather than a single tap - so every scoreline is one both players stand behind.

📊

Export Everything

Fixtures export to PDF and DOCX - including full match breakdowns and pair names for Teams leagues. Player lists and audit logs export to XLSX. Print-ready and shareable.

🔒

Audit Trail

Every admin action is logged with timestamp and actor. Security events are kept permanently; routine entries are retained for 30 days. Export the full log as CSV.

💬

In-app Support

Raise a ticket and get replies right inside the app - no mailbox ping-pong. Every conversation stays in one place.

Promotion & Relegation

The feature that separates RANQD from every other club management tool. At the end of each season, RANQD automatically promotes your top performers and relegates those who need more development - keeping every division competitive and every player motivated.

Levels always survive. When a player moves division, their skill rating travels with them. Only win/loss records and points reset - so every player starts the new season with an accurate baseline, not a blank slate.

Four league formats

Every club is different. RANQD supports four distinct formats - pick the one that suits your game, or run all four simultaneously.

🎯
Singles

Pure one-on-one competition. Each player's level rises and falls on head-to-head results. The most transparent format - you can only rely on yourself.

  • Individual player levels
  • Head-to-head scoring
  • Round-robin scheduling
  • Division-based promotion
🪜
Ladder

Rotating partnerships every week. Players keep their own level, with results weighed against the strength of the opposing pair. Ideal for mixed-ability groups who love varied match-ups.

  • Individual levels, team results
  • Skill-balanced pairings
  • 80% skill / 20% random mix
  • Bench rotation management
👫
Pairs

Fixed partnerships compete as a unit all season. Pairs earn a shared level reflecting their combined performance - perfect for clubs that love consistent two-player competition.

  • Dedicated pair levels
  • Named pair identities
  • Gender-aware scheduling
  • Promotion & relegation per pair
🏅
Teams

Fixed teams go head-to-head across Men's, Women's, and Mixed matches each week. Track squad assignments, individual match scores, and weekly standings - built for serious inter-club formats.

Run your club nights, not just your leagues

Club nights, socials and ladder nights - with online booking, waitlists and member groups that build themselves.

  • Online booking & waitlists - members book their spot; when it's full, the waitlist fills the gaps automatically.
  • Recurring series - set a weekly night up once and it repeats, with each week ready to book.
  • Smart Groups - groups that build themselves from your rules (level, gender, activity) and keep themselves up to date.
  • Group-only visibility - show a session to just the right members, so the right people see the right nights.

Tell your members, without the group chat

Court closed? Entries closing? Write to everyone, one group, or one person - and it lands in the same app their fixtures are in.

  • Everyone, a group, or one person - including smart groups that keep themselves up to date, so "everyone in Division 1" needs no list.
  • In the app and by email - sent in your club's name, with replies coming back to your club.
  • See how many have read it - a running count on every message you've sent, not a receipt that scrolls away with the conversation.
  • Announcements, not a thread - nobody has to wade through forty replies to find the one that matters.
  • Attach a document - members get a link to the club’s copy, not an attachment. Replace the file later and everyone still opens the current version.
  • Write it now, send it Thursday - schedule a message for the moment it’s actually useful, in your club’s own local time. Edit or cancel it any time before it goes.

Your paperwork, published once

Safeguarding policy, club rules, constitution, insurance certificate. Upload them once and stop emailing copies to people one at a time.

  • Three levels of visibility - public, members only, or admins only. Members never see what isn't for them.
  • A public page you can link to - when funding, a council or a governing body asks to see your safeguarding policy at a web address, you have one.
  • Confirmations you can point to - members tick to confirm they've read and agree to follow it, recorded against their name. Evidence, not a read receipt.
  • Renewal reminders - put a date on your insurance and the app flags it before it lapses.
  • Versions and drafts - every document says which version it is, who published it and when it’s next reviewed. Prepare next season’s rules as a draft that nobody else can see yet.

Questions, answered

The things clubs ask before they move their leagues across.

Which sports does RANQD support?
RANQD supports pickleball, padel, tennis, badminton, squash, and table tennis. You can run leagues for one sport or multiple sports within the same club.
What league formats are supported?
RANQD supports Singles, Doubles (rotating partners each week), Pairs (fixed doubles partnerships) and Teams leagues. Each format has its own fixture generation, standings and club levels.
How are fixtures generated?
You set the number of courts, rounds, date and time - RANQD generates balanced fixtures automatically. For Singles, Doubles, and Pairs leagues, the Schedule Configurator lets you dial in the exact skill-to-random pairing ratio that suits your club.
How do club levels work?
Every member sits at a club level - Newcomer, Improver, Intermediate, Advanced or Open - worked out from results at your club, and you choose where the boundaries sit. Standings update the moment a score is entered. Levels are your club’s own categorisation, not a DUPR rating: pickleball clubs can publish results straight to DUPR, where a player’s DUPR rating stays DUPR’s own.
Can players see their own rankings?
Yes. Every club gets a public page at yourclub.clubs.ranqd.app with live rankings, upcoming fixtures and results - no login needed to view it. Players can also sign in to see their own profile and match history.
Can I run leagues for multiple sports?
Yes. The Compete plan supports up to 3 sports and the Elite plan covers all 6. Each sport has its own leagues, fixtures, and rankings - all managed from one admin panel.
Can I customise my club's appearance?
Yes. Choose from 29 themes and colour schemes, or build your own, and they apply across your public rankings, fixtures and FAQ pages - giving your club its own identity.
What happens if I do not subscribe?
Your account is locked and your data is preserved for 90 days. You can subscribe at any point in that window to restore full access. After 90 days without a subscription, the account and all its data is permanently deleted.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run to the end of the billing year. No hidden fees.
Is there a player limit?
No. There's no cap on the number of players on any plan.

Your rules.

Run the whole venue

Every court in the club on one board - free, in play, due to start, overrunning or closed - so “what goes on next, and where” has one answer instead of five opinions.

  • One board for the venue, not for one event - two draws on the same Saturday share the same tarmac. A court busy with the other event still reads as busy, and an event can be limited to the courts it’s allowed to use without hiding what’s happening on the rest.
  • A queue that knows what’s actually ready - both sides checked in, held because a player is still on court, or waiting on an earlier result. Ready matches are paired with the empty courts for you to confirm - nothing walks onto a court by itself.
  • The next few hours, laid out - a timeline per court where idle time shows as a gap, so you see the crunch before you’re standing in it.
  • Close a court and it tells you the damage - give the reason, and it says how many fixtures are stranded so you can rehouse them. A court with history is closed, never deleted - deleting would rewrite matches that have already been played.
  • Hand the work out safely - Desk and Scorer links for your helpers: a scorer enters scores on their courts and nothing else, the desk can also call matches and close a court. Each link is shown once, expires with the event, and you can see who’s on and revoke any of them.
Courts belong to the club, not to the event. Set them up once - grouped into banks like Main hall and Outdoor, across more than one venue - and every event draws from the same set. Add a court in March and it’s there for everything that follows.

Turn any match into a spectator moment

Live, point-by-point scoring for your featured court, with a big-screen spectator view - run entirely from a phone.

  • Two buttons, no rules to remember - tap Point or Side out and Show Court applies every pickleball rule for you: servers, serve sides, side-outs, games and match.
  • A broadcast-style spectator screen - a clean live scoreboard and court diagram showing who's serving and where, auto-sized to any TV, laptop or phone.
  • One scan to watch along - a QR code on the console opens the live view on any spectator's own phone.
  • Keeps scoring when the Wi-Fi doesn't - everything works offline on the device and syncs the moment you reconnect, and the screen stays awake through the match.
  • Fix mistakes in a tap - swap sides, switch ends, correct the server, undo, or rewind the point log to any point.
No scorer's laptop, no extra hardware. An organiser or a courtside volunteer scores live on a phone or tablet, with quick match setup - who serves first, starting sides, points to win, win by 1 or 2, best of 1, 3 or 5 - and a pausable match clock. Show Court scores pickleball and padel.

When everybody enters at the same moment

Entries for a popular open do not trickle in. They arrive in the first sixty seconds, and that is exactly when most systems take two payments from the same person, oversell the field, or simply stop answering.

  • Your place is held while you pay - claimed before checkout starts and counted against the maximum, so the same place cannot be sold twice however many people are paying at once.
  • Pay twice and the second is refunded - automatically, in full, and the organiser is told either way.
  • Entries confirm themselves - the place is confirmed the moment the payment clears and the player gets their "You’re in!" email, with nobody waiting on you to approve anything by hand. Prefer to vet the field first? Turn that on and approve individually or in bulk.
  • Hundreds at once join a queue, not an error page - a place in line, an honest estimate of the wait, and admission in the order people arrived.
  • Quiet events never see it - a club night with forty entries meets no queue at all; it appears only when an event is genuinely busy.
  • Or skip the rush entirely - run the event as a ballot: entries open for a window, places are drawn at random when it closes, and nobody pays unless they get in.

Nobody sits out for want of a partner

Players without a doubles partner can find one - and when life happens, substitutes and injury replacements keep the draw intact.

  • Find a doubles partner - solo entrants join a partner board and get matched into a pair.
  • Substitutions - swap a player in without losing the pair's match history.
  • Injury replacements mid-event - bring in a replacement so the match still goes ahead.

Questions, answered

The things organisers ask before they run their first event on RANQD.

Which sports does RANQD Tournaments support?
Pickleball and padel. Both are doubles-led and rotate partners constantly, which is what the draw engine and the scoring are built around - so the formats fit them properly rather than being adapted from somewhere else. Padel is scored its own way - sets and games, the deuce rule your event chooses, and every one of the 29 formats.
What tournament formats can I run?
29 formats across four categories - Core, Competitive, Club Events and Specialty. Knockouts, round robins, group-and-knockout, ladders, Mexicano, King of the Court and more, for singles, doubles and rotating-partner play.
How is padel scored?
In sets and games, as it is played - 6-4, 7-6 - with the rules your event declares. Choose the deuce: the Star Point, which the professional tours have used since January 2026, the Golden Point, or classic advantage. Choose how a level match is decided: a full set, a full set with no tie-break, a match tie-break to 7, or a super tie-break to 10. Entrants see both on the event page, and results are checked against them - a score the rules do not allow is refused rather than stored. Americano, Mexicano, King of the Court and Blind Draw stay as they are played: a points total per match, where a draw is a real result.
How are draws created?
Automatically, from your entry list. Round one seeds by rating; the bracket is live and advances itself as results are entered, so the public draw is never out of date. You can edit seeds inline before it starts.
How do ratings work?
RANQD does not keep a rating of its own - it uses DUPR. Link a player's DUPR ID and their rating syncs automatically, then drives seeding, rating-restricted entry and balanced draws. Results are published back to DUPR, where a player's rating stays DUPR's own.
Can players enter and pay online?
Yes. Public registration takes entries, entry fees and partner requests, with waitlists when an event fills. Fees are paid directly to your club - you connect your own Stripe account and remain the merchant of record. RANQD never holds your entry money.
What is Show Court?
Live point-by-point scoring for a featured court, run from a phone, with a broadcast-style spectator screen anyone can open by scanning a QR code. It applies the serving rules of the sport being played - servers, sides and side-outs in pickleball; serve order, tie-breaks and changes of ends in padel - and keeps scoring offline if the venue Wi-Fi drops.
Can players see the draw without an account?
Yes. Every club gets a public page at yourclub.tournaments.ranqd.app with the live bracket, scores, courts and start times. No login is needed to view it.
Can I customise my club's tournament pages?
Yes. Choose from 29 themes and colour schemes, or build your own, and they carry across every public tournament page - the draw, results and live scores - giving your club its own identity.
Is RANQD Tournaments available yet?
It is launching soon. Get in touch if you would like to run an event on it early - we would rather work with a few clubs closely at first than open the doors to everyone at once.

Your event.
Your podium.

From first entry to final whistle - draws, brackets and medals, all in one place. Just RANQD.

Coaching.
Joined up.

Two apps, one product. A console where you run the diary, the money and every trainee's progress - and a portal where the family sees all of it without texting you.

In development

Built for the coach, not the club

Right now it is a notebook for the register, a bank app for who has paid, a phone for the parent who forgot, and your memory for whether a child has actually improved since September. Clubs run leagues, tournaments run events - coaching is its own business, and it has never had its own software.

👤

The independent coach

One person doing eight jobs between lessons. Coach is built for them first; everything else is a bigger version of it.

🏟

An academy

Several coaches on one diary, cover when someone is ill, and a statement per coach at the end of the month.

👪

The parent and the child

A parent books, pays and consents; the child holds the record and the progress. Junior coaching is most of the market.

Frameworks that know the sport

Every sport arrives with a full competency framework, so you never rate a player against a blank page. Pickleball and padel also arrive with a seeded drill library - the other four start from their framework and fill with the drills you write, because a thin borrowed set would be worse than none.

Pickleball

Framework and a seeded drill library - dinks, third-shot drops, resets and stacking, with coaching points written for the game.

Padel

Framework and a seeded drill library - bandeja, víbora, wall play and the glass, written for the enclosed court.

Tennis

A full competency framework across technical, tactical, physical, mental and social. The drill library starts empty and fills with yours.

Badminton

A full competency framework, from clears and drops to the footwork behind them. Your own drills build the library.

Squash

A full competency framework - length, boast, drop and the movement that decides the fifth. Your own drills build the library.

Table Tennis

A full competency framework covering spin, service variation and the fast exchange. Your own drills build the library.

A diary that knows when you are actually free

Your own public page takes the booking. Underneath it, a slot engine that has read your week properly - including the twenty-five minutes you spend driving between two venues.

  • Travel between venues blocks the slot - the gap between a 5pm at Riverside and a 6pm at Northside is not bookable, however empty it looks.
  • Notice, horizon and buffer, set once - nobody takes the 7am at 06:55, nobody books eight months out, and lessons do not butt up against each other.
  • Instant book or request to book - per session type. Regulars book straight in; someone you have never met asks first.
  • “Runs if four book by Friday” - a minimum on any session type, so a group that will not make numbers is not your Friday-night phone call.
  • A waiting list that promotes itself - a drop-out emails the next person with a payment link, without you seeing the message.

Paid before the lesson starts

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. RANQD charges you for the software and takes nothing from the lesson fee.

  • Take payment at booking - card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, into your account. Pay-at-venue stays available where that is how you work.
  • Lesson credits - sell a block of ten, draw one down per booking, with an expiry you set and a balance the family can see for themselves.
  • Memberships and retainers - sixty pounds a month, unlimited squad - recurring, with pause and resume for the summer.
  • One cancellation policy, applied every time - your refund window, credit instead of cash, and a no-show fee. Set once, so you never have the conversation.
  • Receipts without asking - a parent needing one for childcare vouchers is a weekly event, and it should not need you.

Progress you can show a parent

The part that is actually coaching: what a player can do, what they are working on, and proof that it has moved since September.

  • Competency frameworks for all six sports - technical, tactical, physical, mental and social - the division every national syllabus already uses.
  • Ratings that move over time - was a two in September, a four by December. The trend is the thing a parent has never been shown.
  • Goals with a date and a measure - not “work on the backhand” - a target, a deadline and a status.
  • A drill library, seeded where it should be - pickleball and padel come with drills written for the game; the other four fill with yours, and everything you add is yours.
  • Register and session notes - two taps at the net post: who came, what you covered, and the line about one player you want next week.

The screen you open forty times a week

One sign-in behind your public page: the diary, the money, every trainee and the paperwork - rather than four apps and a notebook that only you can read.

  • A home screen that says what today needs - sessions to run, a request waiting on you, an expiry creeping up.
  • Bookings, registers and the calendar - including a subscription your phone's own calendar can follow.
  • Trainees, plans, drills and video - the whole coaching record in one place rather than across a camera roll and a notebook.
  • Payments, credit blocks and reports - utilisation and revenue across the last ninety days, without a spreadsheet.
  • Your shopfront, availability, venues and credentials - the setup that makes the public page and the slot engine true.

They get an app too

Most coaching software stops at the coach, and the people paying get a text message. Every trainee and parent here signs in to their own view of what they have bought and how it is going.

  • What is on this week - session, venue, court and what to bring - not a scroll back through a group chat.
  • A wallet they can check themselves - credits left, membership status and every payment. “How many lessons have we got?” stops being your text message.
  • Progress in the child's own view - the competencies that moved and the goals you set.
  • Book, move or cancel - inside the policy you set, at nine at night, without reaching you.
  • Term reports - attendance, what moved, your comment and next term's goals - as something a parent keeps.

The things you must be able to produce on request

Every coach working with juniors is one email away from being asked to prove something. This is the half of the job that never makes it into software.

  • A credentials record with real expiry dates - DBS, insurance, first aid and governing-body qualifications, each flagged as it runs down.
  • Consent recorded per child - photo and video permission held against the record, not a signature in a drawer.
  • Video upload is gated on that consent - no permission on file and the upload is not offered. Built that way from the first line, not bolted on.
  • Allergies and medical notes on the register - where you are already looking at the start of a session, not three clicks into a profile.
  • Guardians hold consent; children hold the record - so an assistant leaving does not take the history with them.

Questions, answered

What coaches ask before they move a diary that already works.

Who is RANQD Coach for?
Independent coaches and coaching academies in racket sports. A coach is a business of one - a shopfront, a diary, money coming in and a record of how each player is progressing. Coach runs all four, so none of it lives in a spreadsheet and a phone.
Which sports does it cover?
All six - pickleball, padel, tennis, badminton, squash and table tennis. Every one arrives with its own competency framework. Pickleball and padel also arrive with a seeded drill library; the other four start from the framework and fill with the drills you write, which is deliberate - a thin borrowed set would be worse than an empty one.
What does the free Listing include?
A public booking page at coach.ranqd.app/your-name, one session type, up to 10 trainees, and your credential badges on show. It can't take payments online, so bookings are paid at the venue. It stays free for as long as you want it.
What's the difference between Coach, Coach Pro and Academy?
Coach: one coach at one venue, with all six sports and unlimited trainees. It includes online payments, prepaid lesson credits, a calendar with availability and travel time, lesson plans and drills, and calendar subscriptions. It also covers your credentials and parents' photo and video permissions.

Coach Pro: everything in Coach, plus video review, memberships, development plans and a skills framework, and term reports for parents. You also get your own colours and unlimited venues. It allows up to 3 coaches (you included) and one office assistant, each with their own sign-in, permissions and two-factor.

Academy: everything in Pro, with no limit on coaches or office staff.
Is there a limit on trainees?
Not on any paid plan. The free Listing holds up to 10.
Do I need to be attached to a club?
No. Coach stands on its own - your own shopfront, your own booking, your own payments, and trainees who belong to you rather than to a venue. It works the same whether you coach at one club, several, or none.
How do people find me?
Your page at coach.ranqd.app/your-name shows your sessions, prices, venues and credential badges, and people book from it. You're also listed in the RANQD coach directory. You can turn that off, or hide your prices from it, in Settings.
How do parents and children work?
A parent holds the account, books, pays and gives consent; the child holds the record, the plan and the progress. Junior coaching is most of the market, so this is built in rather than bolted on.
What about DBS and safeguarding?
Add your DBS, safeguarding, first aid, insurance and qualifications under Credentials. A badge shows on your page while each one is in date, but never the certificate or its number. We email you 90, 30 and 7 days before one expires. If your DBS or safeguarding lapses, new junior bookings stop until you add the renewal. RANQD records what you tell us; it doesn't check the certificate itself.
How do payments reach me?
Directly. Payments go to your own Stripe account, so lesson fees are yours from the moment they clear - RANQD never sits between you and the money, and takes no cut of a lesson fee.
What happens when someone cancels?
Whatever your policy says. Set the notice window, the refund or credit, and the no-show fee once; the app applies it on every booking without you having the conversation.
Can I add video?
On Coach Pro and Academy you can attach an unlisted YouTube or Vimeo link to a trainee's session or plan. A junior needs their parent's video permission before any clip can be attached.
Can I make the page look like mine?
On Coach Pro and Academy you choose your page's colours. If you own a web address, you can forward it to your page, and Settings explains how.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. Your RANQD page can be the whole shopfront, or you can keep your site and let the booking link do the work behind it.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. You're billed monthly or annually, in the currency set by the country you gave at signup.
When can I get it?
Coach is in development. It is not open for sign-ups yet, and nothing on this page can be bought. When it opens, the Listing will be free.
